European Search Awards is the contest that doesn't need to be introduced to any marketer. Since 2013 digital marketers across Europe have a chance to test themselves, compete but also learn from each other in key areas like PPC, SEO, and Content Marketing. These prestigious awards reflect top quality campaigns, appreciate innovations, effectiveness, and acknowledge the finest agencies in Europe. Yet, these are not the only upsides of the contest.
A big value that carries with ESA is also networking between agencies. How important and beneficial that cooperation might be is a well-known fact in Bluerank. Three years ago polish agency cofounded two alliances – Dall which brings together top digital agencies from western Europe and Cee Digital Alliance uniting first-rate agencies in Central Eastern Europe. This year was fruitful for both organizations bringing nominations in a multitude of categories. Zbigniew Nowicki, Co-managing director in Bluerank says: "I feel good seeing Bluerank nominated again in 11 categories of the European Search Awards 2020. This proves that both our long-term strategy and quality commitment work well. In addition, I am glad that for the first time 7 Bluerank partner agencies from DALL and CEEDA have been nominated in multiple categories, obtaining a total of 36 nominations. I am proud to be part of such partnerships and I think we will have a good reason to celebrate at the Bucharest gala".
Undoubtedly, Bluerank has been on a winning streak for many years. It is reflected in taking second place in Global Search Awards winners rank in Europe, and fifteen globally! Among many crucial factors, Jacek Tkaczuk – Head of R&D in Bluerank revels: "In Bluerank we pay a lot of attention to experimenting and continuous testing of new technologies and tools. R&D department in Bluerank is our main driver for technology-based innovations. It focuses on working out how to use modern web technologies to solve existing and potential problems of our partners, as well as on how to automate processes and make the work more effective. As we can see, this philosophy brings great results - it is, in fact, the technology innovation that in many cases is appreciated and awarded".
Another outstanding winner from Dall is Peak Ace. Established in 2007, German agency year over year scoops up nominations and main prizes in European Search Awards (eight place in top 100 rank). Bastian Grimm – European Search Personality of 2019, points out: "We are so proud of our 11 nominations for this year's European Seach Awards, and of all our Peak Acers, whose hard work and dedication made this possible. On top of that, to be nominated for two agency awards is an unparalleled honor. We're excited to congratulate our fellow nominees in person at the awards ceremony in Bucharest later this year."
This year was also rewarding for Traffic Builders, who have been shortlisted in seven categories! It is a big success considering that this is the first time the agency has participated. Lotte Mol, Product Manager Content Marketing at Traffic Builders explains success components: "A key factor has to be that Traffic Builders approaches each project with a full-funnel mindset. A mindset for which we use our REAN marketing model. The Traffic Builders team worked intensively with the inhouse teams of CarNext.com and Pon Business Mobility to make sure the objectives were achieved. Components for this nominations success are teamwork, the smart use of data, automation, innovation and time and cost-efficient scaling throughout Europe".
In Cee Digital Alliance, this year abounded in nominations. Hungarian agency Intren has been recognized and shortlisted in Best Use of Search in the Travel industry. Balazs Gandera, CEO in Intren says: "We are proud to be shortlisted with two entries this year and even more excited since one of our projects is about the travel industry that faces a lot of challenges in these months. We expect that the current crisis will make both clients and agencies focus a bit more on cooperation and less on competition. This is also why we are so proud that CEEDA agencies perform pretty well also on international awards".
Another digital agency distinguished and entering a group of ESA finalists is WebDigital. Romanian PPC Marketing Agency was shortlisted in the Best Low Budget PPC Campaign category. What components are behind this achievement? Mihai Alexandru Andrei, Managing Partner at WebDigital explains: "I know that clients are happy with results and more than that with exceeding expectations in terms of results and this case, I think that the key factor in generating results and also what made our company successful in the competition was the proper setup we made in order to touch the results. The main components of our agency success are knowledge sharing, methodology, and high-level execution".
Looks like this year European Search Award gala is going to be a really exciting event. Now more than ever, everyone appreciates such industry face to face meetings, entailing integration and knowledge sharing. Congratulations to the rest of the Cee Digital Alliance and Dall agencies nominated this year: Sleeping Giant Media and DWF! Fingers crossed for everyone!
